Complete Family Wellness PLLC is a primary care mobile medical practice that comes to your home for all your family’s healthcare needs. Our main goal is to provide the best healthcare services possible, all in the safety and comfort of your own home, while providing extended night and weekend hours. Our Primary Care Provider, Helen Muchow FNP-BC, APRN, MSN, is a board-certified family nurse practitioner who cares for patients ages 0 to 100.

 

We manage your common issues such as hypertension, thyroid issues, diabetes, asthma, and much more, and we pride ourselves on being able to treat multiple family members in one visit. We accept insurance for all visits but have self-pay flat rate fees so families have multiple options.

 

We service the Cary, Crystal Lake, Algonquin, Lake in the Hills, Oakwood Hills, and Trout Valley areas.
